NOVAQ is a premium broad-spectrum antimicrobial and disinfectant solution containing Polyhexamethylene Biguanide Hydrochloride (PHMB) IP 1.0% w/v as the active ingredient. It is formulated to provide effective microbial control against a wide range of bacteria, fungi, and selected viruses while maintaining excellent material compatibility and low odor. The product is coloured with Fast Green FCF, giving it a distinctive green appearance for easy identification. NOVAQ is intended for professional and institutional use where reliable hygiene and infection control are essential. The formulation offers rapid antimicrobial action with long-lasting residual activity due to the substantivity of PHMB. It is suitable for use on hard, non-porous surfaces and compatible with many commonly used materials when used as directed.
